Download All Amazon Invoices at Once

Anyone who has ever tried to download their Amazon invoices in bulk knows what I'm talking about. There simply is no button for it. You have to open each order individually, click "Download invoice", wait for the PDF, and then open the next order.

For private individuals with 10 orders per year, that's still okay. But if you have an Amazon Business account, resell or simply order a lot online, things look very different. You easily end up with 50, 100 or even several hundred orders – per month.

Why Amazon makes this so complicated

Honestly: No idea. Amazon has one of the largest tech departments in the world, but a simple bulk download for invoices? Nowhere to be found. Instead, you have to click through nested menus. And if you have credit notes – those show up in a different place.

On top of that there's the captcha problem: Amazon uses AWS WAF, which means after a few quick clicks a challenge often pops up. Annoying manually, and even more of a hurdle for automation.

How it works with InvoiceCrawler

The crawler logs into your Amazon account (including 2FA, no problem), automatically navigates through your order history and finds all invoices and credit notes. This runs completely in the background. You simply select the time period – for example "2024" or "Last 6 months" – and the rest happens by itself.

Invoices and credit notes are stored neatly separated. Cancelled orders are automatically skipped so you don't end up with empty PDFs in your folder.

Works with all Amazon countries

A big advantage: InvoiceCrawler supports not only amazon.de, but also:

Especially for those who resell internationally or buy across different marketplaces, this saves a lot of time. Enter each account once and then scan everything at once.

What about 2FA?

Amazon Business accounts almost always have 2FA active. No problem: Just enter your OTP secret in the crawler, and it generates the code automatically. Set up once, then everything runs without manual intervention.

If you no longer have your secret: Go to Amazon security settings, briefly deactivate two-factor authentication and set it up again. During setup, the secret key is displayed (either as QR code or as text). Copy it and save it both in the crawler and in your authenticator app.

Conclusion

Downloading invoices from Amazon is still ridiculously tedious in 2025. Anyone with more than a handful of orders regularly wastes time on it. With InvoiceCrawler, the whole thing is done in under a minute – for all countries, with 2FA, neatly sorted as PDF.
